Hodgkin's Disease
SYMPTOMS. Early signs may include intense itching and painless enlargement
of the lymph nodes. The enlargement is usually on one side of the neck and
then the other and later on it will be under the arms and in the groin. As
the disease progresses there may be fever, sweating, bone pain, appetite
loss, weight loss, swelling in legs and weakness.
CAUSES are unknown at this time but an infectious organism is syspected. It
is rare in children under 10 and it is about one and a half times greater
in men than in women.
